QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong Writing and Communication skills.
  • Comfortable to be on camera in videos and posts.
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies.
  • Experience in developing detailed audience targeting ads and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Experience in immigration or related fields is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be a strong asset.

Responsibilities

This is an on-site contract part time role with opportunity to become full time and permanent role for a Social Media Manager located in Calgary, AB. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating contents, targeted ads and lead generation. SMM will be also responsible for managing and optimizing our social media channels, developing and executing content strategies, creating engaging content, and improving social media presence and engagement. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as scheduling posts, monitoring social media interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
