We pride ourselves on innovation, customer service, and a strong online presence. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels). This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical ability, with the goal of growing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and engaging our customer community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in retail or automotive
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Experience with social advertising, analytics, and reporting
  • Creative mindset with ability to adapt to trends quickly (short-form video, influencer-style content, etc.)
  • Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each platform
  • Manage posting schedules, respond to comments/messages, and maintain consistent brand voice
  • Track performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, leads, conversions)
  • Collaborate with Sales, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with dealership promotions
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and competitors to keep our brand ahead of the curve
  • Manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube pre-roll, etc.) to maximize ROI
  • Monitor reputation across social platforms and engage with online reviews/community conversations
