Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Produce high-quality content including posts, graphics, videos, blogs, stories, reels, and more. Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and goals.
Monitor and engage with the online community (comments, messages, mentions) in a timely, positive, and professional manner to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Track, measure, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Use data to adjust strategies and improve content engagement.
Plan, create, and manage a social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts across platforms.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activity. Proactively incorporate new ideas and trends into content creation.
Assist with the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, and adheres to any brand guidelines or marketing strategies.
Work with other departments, including marketing, product, and design teams, to develop cohesive content strategies that support business objectives.
