OVERVIEW

Immediately seeking a full time content creator/ Social Media manager to join our team. This position is for a creative who understands and LOVES social media, not someone who posts canva templates for corporate.

Duties -include but not limited to

• Work directly with artists and talent to create reels, tiktoks, youtube videos, and social media posts
• Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok, Snapchat, and other platforms
• Coordinate shoots with other creators for collabs
• Come up with and execute ideas for content that will work well across various audiences on platforms.
• Be up to date on trends and present your ideas
• Coordinate with editing teams and videographers on larger shoots and roll out schedules
• Work directly with sponsors to make sure all deal points of contracts are executed
• Understand the voice of each artist or talent and create content within the brand dynamics
• Editing reels, stories, tiktoks etc when simple edits are sufficient

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
• Passport and ability to travel and go on tours (mental and physical heath at a place where you’re comfortable and able to travel)
• Love social media
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Can work on the fly, anywhere.
• Must be chill around celebrities and adhere to professional standards with NDAs
• A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

  Pay: $17.75-$33.61 per hour
