REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, ideally within beauty, skincare, or wellness
  • Strong understanding of skincare concerns (e.g., acne, dryness, hyperpigmentation) and trends
  • Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut (or similar content tools)
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for skincare and helping customers make confident, informed choices
  • Bonus: On-camera comfort, Arabic language skills, or graphic design experience

Responsibilities

THE ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the digital voice of Ashri Skin. You will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy across all platforms—including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Linkedin and Whatsapp—from content ideation to performance analysis.
This role is best suited to someone with a solid foundation in social media who is ready to grow quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced team. We are looking for a candidate who can work independently, adapt to evolving processes, and confidently take ownership of their function. You will be expected to think proactively, manage multiple moving parts, and contribute meaningfully to both strategic direction and day-to-day execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the skincare audience
  • Plan and execute quarterly, bi-annual, and annual content calendars and campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (posts, Reels, Stories, videos, UGC, before/after content)
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Copywrite social media captions, email marketing content, and promotional messaging
  • Build and maintain a content asset library; manage hashtags, relevant occasions, and promo opportunities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (using Klaviyo)
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and social media innovations
  • Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and brand mentions across platforms
  • Be comfortable supporting or appearing in content (e.g., behind-the-scenes, tutorials—optional but preferred)
