About The Role (What You'll Be Doing) We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help drive engagement and strategy across social media channels for Eucalyptus' Men's Health Brand Pilot. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our social content while collaborating with our creative and growth teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing brand at the intersection of healthcare and humor where we're not afraid to take creative risks and spark meaningful conversations about men's health. Publish and manage content across Pilot's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social channels Develop and execute social media campaigns, from ideation through launch Create your own social media content or create briefs for our creative team when you want custom-designed content for campaigns Identify and test social media strategies to grow our audience and engagement Respond to customer inquiries and build community on social platforms About You (Who You Are) 1-3 years’ experience: Ideally with hands-on experience managing Instagram. Familiarity with other platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is a bonus. Comfortable using tools like Canva or Photoshop: No formal design background needed, but you’re confident creating content from scratch. Eager to grow: You ask questions, test new ideas, and look for ways to contribute beyond what’s asked. Fast learner: You enjoy figuring things out as you go and thrive in environments where you can stretch yourself, while receiving ample guidance to support your career growth!
