Role Overview We seek a Social Media Manager to develop and execute a strong social media strategy, grow brand presence, and engage audiences across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role involves content creation, influencer outreach, and collaboration on marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will report to and assist the Senior Social & Digital Marketing Manager with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with marketing goals. Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including UGC and influencer collaborations. Grow and maintain brand presence across key platforms, tracking KPIs. Manage social media calendars and campaigns, analysing performance. Identify and liaise with influencers, content creators, and brand partners for collaborations. Assist in photoshoots and video production, ensuring assets align with brand guidelines. Monitor trends and platform updates, implementing new strategies to enhance engagement. Engage with audiences, responding to inquiries and fostering community interaction. Support wider marketing efforts, including email content, website updates, and promotions.
Person Specification 2+ years B2C experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and organisational skills. Comfortable being on camera for content creation. Experience with social media tools, Canva, Adobe, email marketing, and video editing (preferred).
