Description
Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security! Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028. This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it! Cato Networks is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our presence across key platforms and deepen engagement with our cybersecurity and IT decision-maker audience. This role is ideal for a digital-native communicator who combines storytelling with analytics to drive brand influence and visibility in a technical B2B landscape. Sitting at the intersection of Brand, Influencer Marketing, and Demand Gen, you’ll lead our global social strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You’ll turn insights into impactful narratives, executive visibility programs, and real-time content opportunities that reinforce Cato’s leadership in the SASE category. This role is equal parts of message and measurement—you’ll own the reporting framework, define benchmarks, and continuously optimize our approach based on performance data and competitive intelligence. What You’ll Do Social Intelligence & Analytics Lead always-on social listening across cybersecurity trends, competitors, industry influencers, and advocates. Build and maintain dashboards to track key KPIs: share of voice, sentiment, follower growth, engagement, referral traffic, and campaign ROI. Benchmark Cato’s social performance against competitors and identify whitespace for thought leadership. Strategic Social Management Develop and execute channel-specific strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others—aligned with corporate milestones, campaigns, analyst activity, and global industry events (e.g., RSA, Black Hat). Ideate and manage the creation of multi-channel content including short-form video, carousels, motion graphics, quote cards, infographics, and LinkedIn newsletter. Collaborate with regional marketing, comms, brand, and demand gen teams to develop integrated social programs and engagement tactics that drive visibility, community growth, and thought leadership. Manage and maintain a global content calendar, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and cadence. Amplify blogs, media coverage, webinars, and sponsorships through strategic timing and platform-specific distribution. Employee Advocacy Enablement Design and scale an employee advocacy program to amplify company messaging and humanize the brand. Develop toolkits, messaging templates, curated content, and leaderboard contests to encourage authentic employee sharing on LinkedIn and beyond. Track and report on reach, engagement, and brand impact driven by internal participation. AI-Enabled Content Optimization Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copy drafting, and visual creation—while ensuring brand integrity and accuracy. Drive experimentation through A/B testing and continuously optimize content based on performance trends. About You 4–5 years of experience in social media or digital communications, ideally within a fast-paced B2B tech or cybersecurity environment. Deep expertise in LinkedIn and other platforms as strategic tools for brand and executive influence in enterprise tech. Comfortable turning performance data into actionable insights to inform and evolve strategy. Skilled at balancing brand voice with technical credibility, especially in risk-sensitive industries like cybersecurity. Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and creative problem-solving. Excellent English—highly proficient in both written and spoken communication. Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
