Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

CBRE is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Manchester. This role will support our Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool offices by promoting key individuals, schemes, instructions, and mandates with occupiers and investors. The successful candidate will work closely with the CBRE design team to support creative content storytelling and promotion across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote key individuals and projects across the Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool offices.
  • Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the CBRE design team to produce creative content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
  • Promote key schemes, instructions, and mandates to occupiers and investors through targeted social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure CBRE remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Work on high-profile developer, landlord, and investor instructions within a market-leading team.
  • Liaise with the London communications team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
