Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social channels.

  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

We’re seeking a brilliant and experienced Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of key platforms—including Meta, X, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn—and how to leverage each effectively. You’ll bring exceptional writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills, a solid grasp of online marketing and major channels, and a positive, customer-oriented approach with strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
