REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, ideally with bilingual content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends in both the Chinese and English-speaking markets.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both languages.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a technology-related company is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for our social media channels. This role requires fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate and connect with diverse audiences. You will manage daily social media activities, strategize for growth, and ensure consistent brand messaging while building an online community for our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Twitter etc.).
- Create and manage bilingual content (Chinese and English) tailored to different audiences and markets.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with brand objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, WeChat Ads, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style across all platforms.
- Report regularly on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
