We offer a variety of services for users to compare with many more on the way and our mission is to become the home of moving home. We’re building the best network of verified partners from trusted professionals all over the UK, whilst saving home movers time and money on moving services and becoming a recognisable brand within our industry and beyond.

        1. Final Interview (In Person)This one’s with Dave, our founder and Managing Director, at our office in Cardiff. We’ll ask you to prepare something in advance—usually a short presentation or response to a prompt. It’s your chance to share your ideas, thinking and how you see yourself contributing to the role.


          1. OfferIf everything aligns, we’ll send through a formal offer and go over the details together.

          JOIN COMPARE MY MOVE – WHERE CREATIVITY MEETS PURPOSE

          You’ll join an in-person team at Hodge House, right in the centre of Cardiff – a bright, spacious office where Art Deco detail meets modern design. It’s a place built for collaboration, where ideas move quickly, conversations spark real change and people come together to get stuff done. Step outside and you’re minutes from stations, green spaces and some of the best food and coffee in the city.
          We’re on a mission to ease the hassle of moving and save people money – and it’s a mindset we’ve carried through to our working culture: open, flexible and straightforward.
          There are no core hours. You can plan your day between 6 AM and 8 PM in a way that works for you. Maximum flex, minimum fuss. We come together in the office because it works – and yes, there’s a pool table and plenty of chill-out areas for when you fancy a break.
          This is a new role. As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead how we show up online – shaping tone, direction and growth. It’s a high-impact position in a growing part of the business, with real influence over the next 3–5 years.

          You’ll lead the development of Compare My Move’s paid and organic social media channels, making sure we reach the right people with the right messages—and that everything supports our wider goals.
