You wake up thinking about trending audio. You spot the perfect golden hour shot on the court and already know the caption. You understand that the right 15-second clip doesn't just get likes — it brings people through the door and converts them into members. We're Center Court Pickleball — one of the premier destinations for the fastest-growing sport in America. We're going all-in on our digital presence across eight platforms, and we need someone who can build it, own it, grow it, and directly contribute to filling our courts with new members. You'll be courtside at events every month, camera in hand, telling the story that makes people say 'I want to be part of that.' Your Platforms — Starting out with and will grow Launching from the Ground Up: ? TikTok — Build our presence from zero. Trending audio, fast edits, viral moments. This is where the sport lives right now. ? YouTube — Long and short-form. Tutorials, event recaps, member spotlights, and YouTube Shorts. Own the channel strategy. ? Threads — Real-time community conversations, behind-the-scenes commentary, and brand personality. ? Pinterest — Visual storytelling, club aesthetics, lifestyle content, and searchable inspiration boards. Managing and Growing: ? Instagram — Our most active channel. Reels, Stories, carousels, and daily community engagement. ? Facebook — Event promotion, group management, paid post coordination, and local community reach. ? Google Business — Reviews, posts, Q&A, and keeping our profiles sharp across all club locations. ? LinkedIn — Brand credibility, hiring visibility, partnerships, and B2B reach for corporate events and sponsorships. What You'll Do Content & Creation ? Be on the courts — filming matches, clinics, tournaments, and member moments that make people want to join. ? Attend monthly club events, leagues, tournaments, and special activations to capture live photos and videos for social media and the website. ? Create platform-native content for all eight channels. No copy-paste posting — each platform gets what it deserves. ? Design branded graphics in Canva that look polished and feel authentically Center Court. ? Build and manage a multi-platform content calendar aligned with events, promotions, and membership campaigns. ? Maintain organized content archives and keep the website gallery fresh with event recaps and club highlights. Membership Growth ? Craft content with a conversion mindset — every post, Reel, and Story should inspire someone to visit, try a clinic, or sign up. ? Partner with the sales and membership team to align social campaigns with membership drives and promotional offers. ? Highlight member stories, testimonials, and milestones that showcase the community and drive new interest. ? Support event-based lead generation by creating compelling pre-event hype and post-event recaps that drive follow-up inquiries. ? Monitor DMs, comments, and Google reviews — and respond in a way that turns curious followers into paying members. Strategy & Performance ? Track analytics across all platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Insights, etc.) and turn data into smarter content decisions. ? Achieve monthly goals for engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and membership inquiry attribution. ? Collaborate with Club GMs and leadership to keep content aligned with what's happening on the ground at each location. ? Manage community engagement and ensure all published content goes through the proper approval workflow. What Makes You Our Person ? You have a strong portfolio showing real results across multiple platforms — not just pretty grids, but actual growth. ? You understand that great content has a job to do: build community and bring in new members. ? You know the difference between a TikTok hook and a LinkedIn opener — and you nail both. ? Proficient in Canva; comfortable with smartphone cameras and basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar). ? Trend-aware but selective — you know which sounds and formats to jump on and which ones to skip. ? 2+ years of hands-on social media content creation experience. Sports, fitness, or lifestyle is a major plus. ? Self-starter who can manage a packed content calendar and hit deadlines without reminders. ? You write with personality. Captions, CTAs, and replies all sound human — never corporate. ? Comfortable attending monthly events and capturing live content in dynamic, on-court environments. ? Bonus: You play pickleball. Or you're dying to learn. Schedule & Flexibility This role is open to part-time or full-time depending on your experience and availability. We care about consistent, high-quality output across all eight platforms — not just time in a chair. This role requires attending club events each month (evenings and weekends included) to capture live photos and videos. Compensation and hours are open for the right person.
