Cedric DuPont Antiques, America’s premier source for fine European antiques, is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager & Administrative Assistant to join our team!
If you’re someone who enjoys working in a beautiful, fast-paced environment — blending creativity with organization — this role might be the perfect fit. You’ll help keep our gallery running smoothly while also shaping our presence online by creating stunning visual content and engaging with our audience.

*THIS IS A FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON POSITION AT OUR WEST PALM BEACH GALLERY. REMOTE WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Youtube).
  • Capturing and editing high-quality videos for social media, web and sales platforms.
  • Creating and following a consistent posting schedule to drive engagement.
  • Managing our Meta Business Shops and online inventory platforms.
  • Assisting with day-to-day client communications — in-person, by phone, and email.
  • Coordinating shipping, pickups, and packaging for sold items.
  • Handling data entry, updating records, and organizing files.
  • Drafting and editing professional correspondence as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and/or professional-level photo/video editing. (This is a must!)
  • A creative eye for capturing beautiful, engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • Comfort working independently while staying proactive and detail-focused.
  • Friendly, polished communication skills — both in writing and in person.
  • Confidence with Mac computers and related software.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to confidentiality.

Bonus Points For:

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of luxury brands, antiques, or art history.
  • Additional language skills (but not required!).
