We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented social media professional to help us research, strategise, and ultimately produce content that performs in today’s fast-moving digital landscape.

THE ROLE:

This is a hybrid role of social media management and market research. You’ll be responsible for analysing current content trends in the aesthetics niche (injectables, skin treatments, medspa services, etc.) and providing insights into what makes them go viral. You will use your findings to directly inform creative campaigns for client clinics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and identify high-performing TikTok and Instagram Reels in the aesthetics/medspa niche.
  • Analyse why specific content performs (hooks, captions, sound choice, editing style, hashtags, posting time, engagement rate, etc.).
  • Prepare reports with key takeaways and replicable strategies.
  • Provide creative recommendations for content we can adapt for our clients.
  • Contribute to strategy discussions for campaigns, calendars, and paid social experiments.
