Kenect recruitment is recruiting a content creator for our client a dynamic and vibrant hospitality group with multiple venues across Greater Belfast. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join the team and help tell their brand story.
Job Overview: The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging multimedia content. You will work closely with our marketing and events teams to promote our venues, events, and services, enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role in a hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative content across various formats.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and basic editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Content Development:
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for our websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy and goals.
  • Craft compelling copy for advertisements, promotional materials, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor social media trends to optimise content.
  • Photography & Videography:
  • Capture and edit photos and videos showcasing our venues, events, dishes, and overall brand experience.
  • Collaborate with the events team to document key events and activities for promotional use.
  • SEO & Analytics:
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Use analytics tools to measure content effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and identity.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all platforms.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing, events, and operations teams to support their content needs.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed for content production.
