Our client, an innovative player in the streetwear scene, is searching for a highly autonomous Social Media Manager to lead, scale, and energize their Instagram presence. Your main mission: take their Instagram from 500k followers to 1M+ — using nothing but killer organic content and bold strategy. No paid ads, no influencer deals, no blog or SEO distractions. Just pure, creative social media work. Tasks Take full ownership of the brand’s social media strategy, with a laser focus on Instagram Develop, execute, and continuously improve organic growth initiatives and creative campaigns Work independently — you set the tactics, drive the calendar, and deliver results Closely collaborate with marketing and creative teams, but operate with high autonomy Analyze performance, iterate fast, and celebrate wins when targets are smashed Requirements 3-5+ years’ proven experience in social media/content/creative strategy, ideally for D2C brands (streetwear or related verticals a plus) Demonstrable track record of scaling Instagram accounts (minimum 700k, ideally 1M+ followers) through organic content Portfolio of successful campaigns and channel growth — show us your results!
