(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Social Media Manager (Data & Analytics Focus – Remote) to lead social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and experienced in social media analytics. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Develop, schedule, and manage social media campaigns across platforms. Monitor engagement metrics, track KPIs, and report insights. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging. Compliance & Reporting Prepare analytics reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company branding and digital marketing policies. Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategy. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams. Ensure social media initiatives align with company goals and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing analytics. Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related marketing. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure precise tracking and reporting. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members. Problem-Solving: Address social media challenges proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
