AWH Legacy Real Estate is a dynamic real estate company dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes and smart investments. We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take our online presence to the next level.
If you can craft creative social media content to a high standard, are a skillful editor and can produce show-stopping property tours then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
* Develop engaging content (images, videos, blogs) to promote property listings and boost brand awareness.
* Take full ownership of lead generation strategy across all digital channels to ensure consistent, high-quality leads for the sales team.
* Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and integrated with lead capture tools and analytics.
* Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to continually improve results.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align messaging and strategies.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience (real estate industry experience is required).
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of social media advertising, Google Ads, and SEO.
* Creative thinker with strong design and copywriting skills.
* Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable strategies.
* Skills in photography, videography, and graphic design are a plus.
* Available to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
