POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands the evolving landscape of social media, and can authentically communicate the essence of Elevated Experiences across platforms.
You will own the planning, creation, execution, and analysis of our social media strategy — and be a key player in shaping how our brand shows up in the world.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (experience in events, lifestyle, or creative industries is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for content creation.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Creative eye for design, storytelling, and branding.
  • Comfortable being behind the camera — and potentially in front of it, too.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
  • Bonus: Photography/videography skills or experience with influencer marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Create visually engaging, high-performing content (static, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Write compelling and on-brand captions, incorporating trends, SEO, and relevant hashtags.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and build meaningful online relationships with our audience and partners.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, growth, reach, etc.) and optimize strategy based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the founder and team to align content with upcoming events, brand announcements, and launches.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
  • Occasionally attend and capture behind-the-scenes content from live events (if local).
