EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years in social media management
  • Experience working for multi-market clients preferred, but not required
  • Up-to-date and current knowledge of social platforms and social media trends
  • Wide range of experience using and creating content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Solid experience with scheduling tools and insight tools
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Social Media Manager is the gatekeeper of our client social media accounts. You will have excellent copy-writing skills, ability to create concepts and content for TikTok and Instagram, be up to date with all the latest trends and be able to creatively tell a story through social media. You will have experience working directly with clients and presenting your ideas to them.
️ Copywriting: you will be able to embody a client’s tone of voice and write copy and concepts that ladder up to their persona and wider objectives
Socially savvy: you will be native on all social platforms (particularly TikTok and Instagram), and be able to jump on the right trends for your client in a timely manner
Proactive client development: support the Client Partner in identifying opportunities for upselling
Communication: you will be able to work with your wider agency team to ensure content ladders up to client objectives
People Management: you will have previous experience in managing teams, and be confident delegating tasks
Reporting: you will be able to monitor the performance of our content, provide context and insight from what you see on the platforms and tell clear stories back to the agency and clients

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with social creatives on concepting planned content for the month ahead, as well as being responsible for concepting reactive content
  • Copy writing for all assets that go out on the client’s social channels
  • Responsible for taking any local market assets to legal for approval and ensuring you have all relevant client sign off before scheduling content
  • Responsible for putting together, and keeping up-to-date an accurate and coherent content calendar for all social platforms
  • Jump on and recommend trends or cultural moments for the brand to activate around potential concepts these could be
  • Work with other members of the social media team to ensure all content is scheduled accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work with the engagement team to pull out social listening which would be relevant to monthly content planning
  • Work closely with your wider agency team to ensure content is aligned to the social strategy and business objectives
  • Attend status meetings with the client to ensure content is reviewed as effectively as possible
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting - able to provide performance insights and actionable recommendations
  • Create low level creative assets, supporting the creative team and have an ability to shoot low-fi content.
