We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team on-site. This role combines hands-on marketing support and project management with key administrative tasks to help keep our campaigns and daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time and be an active presence within the team.

Responsibilities

MARKETING DUTIES

  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
  • Create and schedule content for social platforms; monitor engagement and performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials and event collateral.
  • Support event planning, setup, and follow-up activities.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and audience engagement.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team (scheduling, note-taking, organizing files, coordinate occasional lunch orders and pickups to support office operations and meetings)
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and supplies; coordinate reorders as needed.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for marketing-related needs.
