ABOUT US

LRB Creative is a fast-growing boutique agency transforming food & beverage brands into cultural icons. From viral dessert drops to premium hospitality concepts, we help disruptive F&B brands stand out with content that excites, engages, and drives growth.
We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager who thinks in strategy, not just posts. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to grow brands through data-driven planning, sharp execution, and ahead-of-the-curve ideas.

Responsibilities

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Excel at building growth strategies that turn brand goals into measurable results.
  • Know how to analyse data and translate it into actionable improvements.
  • Can manage a full social media ecosystem - from calendars to campaigns to reporting.
  • Thrive on accountability, deadlines, and structured processes.
  • Stay plugged into platform updates, industry shifts, and cultural trends, and know how to apply them to client strategy.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and creative teams.
  • Have 2–3 years of proven experience in social media strategy or management, ideally at an agency.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and manage forward-looking content calendars that align with client goals and stay ahead of trends.
  • Campaign Oversight: Coordinate the full production process — from briefing creatives to delivering polished campaigns on time.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, growth) and provide actionable insights.
  • Client Management: Present reports, strategies, and updates with clarity and confidence.
  • Trend Integration: Spot opportunities early - from new platform features to cultural trends - and build them into client work.
  • Workflow Leadership: Refine internal systems so campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and at pace.
