Our client operates 9 nursing facilities in the Los Angeles area, providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to create and manage social media content for our nursing homes.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and innovative Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our 9 nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing online communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media content for 9 nursing homes, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and some websites
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase online engagement and grow our online communities
  • Design and create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media
  • Write and schedule engaging posts, tweets, and other social media content
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with our overall marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar tools
  • Excellent writing, graphic design, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
