SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of social media experience, ideally within fashion/retail or consumer brands.
  • Proven experience launching or growing a brand in a new market.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of UAE/GCC culture, audience behaviours, and digital trends.
  • Skilled in content ideation, filming, and editing for social platforms.
  • Experience managing social content end-to-end, from planning to posting.
  • Strong client relationship skills, able to work across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

ROLE OVERVIEW

This strategic and creative Social Media Manager position will lead the launch and ongoing management of our clients
Arabia’s social channels, working within a unique global–local partnership.
Reporting into a Senior Social Media Manager in the UK, this midweight role will take ownership of developing and implementing innovative social strategies for a new market, ensuring all activity is locally relevant, culturally attuned, and aligned to our clients global brand.
Alongside strategic planning, you’ll
be responsible for ideating, capturing, and editing content yourself -
from in-store moments to influencer activations - ensuring a steady stream of authentic and engaging content. You’ll lead briefs, manage approvals, post content and engage with the community. The role is hands-on, requiring direct posting, community engagement, and on-the-ground presence at events and activations.
You’ll be a key point of contact for insight and social knowledge, presenting strategy and updates confidently to both global and local stakeholders.
