Location: Ville St-Laurent

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, with a successful track record in growing engagement and brand presence.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills in both languages, enabling effective content creation and engagement. The official working language is French.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategies: Developing, implementing, and refining B2B social media strategies, you will focus on executing these strategies effectively across all platforms (emphasis on LinkedIn) to drive engagement, grow our audience, and achieve measurable business outcomes on a global scale
  • Engagement, Community Management, and Social intelligence: Lead the daily management of our social media communities, ensuring active engagement and fostering meaningful interactions that align with our business goals. Build relationships by strategically engaging with key influencers and decisionmakersfrom targeted companies, creating opportunities for connection and growth.
  • Engaging in Social Intelligence Practices
    o Customer Perspective: Identify LinkedIn profiles that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
    and personas, analyzing their engagement patterns and interactions to uncover interests,
    preferences, and relevant engagement triggers.
    o Competitor Perspective: Conduct page-level competitive analysis to determine which types of
    posts drive engagement, using these insights to refine our content approach and enhance our

competitive positioning.

  • Sales Enablement Through Social Media: Develop a social media toolkit, including LinkedIn best practices, to equip the sales team with effective tools and strategies. Ensure that sales leadership and representatives have the resources they need to drive lead generation and sales, while collaborating with designated team members responsible for training and adoption support.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content. Design and sustain useful dashboard and/or reports for different stakeholders (C-Level, VP, Director).
  • Collaborative Support: Ensure that social media efforts are fully aligned with broader campaign goals and strategic objectives, providing feedback and support where necessary.
  • Brand Consistency and Adaptation: Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms, while also having the flexibility to adapt messaging to fit platform-specific dynamics and audience expectations.
  • Trend Monitoring and Tactical Innovation: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and emerging platforms. Suggest and implement new tactics that can be integrated into ongoing campaigns or content strategies, ensuring GardaWorld remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
