ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online community. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and support organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and campaigns.

Content Creation & Design:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging multimedia content (posts, graphics, videos, stories, reels) tailored to each platform.

  • Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Cultivate meaningful interactions with followers and build an engaged online community.
  • Support live coverage of events, matches, or campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as engagement, growth, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Collaboration & Branding:

  • Work closely with the business and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and brand voice.
