Key Responsibilities & ImpactBy the End of Probation (3 Months): Build the Foundation: Develop a clear, data-informed content strategy focused on reach and engagement. Monthly Organic Impressions: 500k+ Instagram: Grow to 5k followers with 300k monthly reach TikTok: Grow to 5k followers with 300k monthly reach Within 3-6 Months: Build Community: Foster an active, engaged community that interacts with your content, not just consumes it. Scale Impact: Significantly grow your initial traction into meaningful reach.
