We’re hiring: Social Media Manager

LC is looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly proactive Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our organic social media function.

This is a hands-on role covering both strategy and execution. You’ll shape LC’s social direction, manage the content calendar, create and publish platform-first content, grow and engage our community, identify relevant trends and use performance data to continuously improve our approach.

Key responsibilities:

• Own LC’s organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
• Plan, create and publish engaging, culturally relevant content
• Produce social-first content, including short-form video
• Identify trends and reactive marketing opportunities
• Manage community engagement, creators, influencers and UGC
• Support launches, campaigns, events, collaborations and retail initiatives
• Track performance and turn insights into clear actions
• Collaborate across marketing, e-commerce, retail and product

We’re looking for someone with approximately 3–5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail or another fast-moving consumer brand. You should be confident owning social channels independently, comfortable creating content yourself and equally capable of developing strategy and executing it.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, moves quickly, brings ideas without waiting for a brief and understands how great social content can build both brand relevance and commercial growth.
