Role: Social Media Manager Hours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time Hourly Wage: $6 - $10 (Open to negotiation based on experience) Lago is searching for an innovative and skilled Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy and amplify our brand's presence on specially for LinkedIn and others as a second priority. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, ghost writing and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will create captivating content, manage our community interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our strategies. We seek a creative individual who is well-versed in the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with our marketing objectives and messaging. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Engage with our audience in a way that maintains the brand's voice and fosters a strong community. Analyze and report on social media metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies and initiatives. Manage relationships with influencers and partners to coordinate brand activations and collaborations. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficient in social media platforms and advertising tools, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong content creation skills, including graphic design and copywriting. Solid understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and community engagement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with strong organizational skills. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
