As a Social Media Manager at SOFI, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media strategy to showcase our products, engage with guests, and promote our brand across various platforms. REQUIREMENTS

  • Enthusiasm for social media marketing and a strong interest in the food and hospitality industry
  • Excellent photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture compelling visuals that tell a story and evoke emotion
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
  • Creativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for composition, color, and aesthetics
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including Instagram
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Fluency in English and German is preferred
Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of our baked goods, beverages, and bakery ambiance to showcase our offerings in an enticing and visually appealing manner.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual themes for social media posts, stories, and campaigns that align with our brand identity and messaging
  • Collaborate with the Sofi team to brainstorm ideas and plan content calendars for social media platforms.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor social media channels and engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster meaningful connections with our online community by sharing user-generated content, reposting customer photos, and initiating conversations around our products and brand.

Platform Management

  • Assist in the management and optimization of our social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
  • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration and Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives, events, and product launches with engaging social media content
  • Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed, contributing your skills and ideas to help achieve our overall business objectives.
