As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Social Media Manager to help elevate our digital presence and connect more customers with the Mallett difference.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute Mallett Buildings’ social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and an understanding of branding, engagement, and lead generation — with a strong emphasis on video content and value-driven messaging.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in construction, home services, or a similar industry.
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment (some on-site content creation required).
  • Passion for engaging storytelling and connecting with an audience.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Live, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with Mallett Buildings’ marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (video, photo, and copy) to highlight buildings, client stories, engineering quality, and craftsmanship.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and leadership for product launches, special promotions, and live stream topics.
  • Platform Management
  • Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and engagement across all social platforms.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages to nurture community trust and increase lead conversion.
  • Live & Video Content
  • Plan, promote, and help execute Facebook Lives with Lee Mallett and the team.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, builds-in-progress, and highlight real projects.
  • Analytics & Growth
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Adjust strategies based on data to optimize for audience growth and lead generation.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that highlights Mallett’s value, not just price — emphasizing quality, experience, and service.
  • Stay ahead of competitors and trends to position Mallett Buildings as the industry leader.
