As the Social Media Manager at Milkshake Concepts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and promote our restaurant offerings. you will manage all social media channels and create captivating content that reflects our unique personality and passion for hospitality.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

• Develop & execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, & foster customer engagement across 9 brands
• Curate, create, and schedule high-quality content for all social media platforms with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with our audience and foster a positive online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content social media efforts with campaigns and brand messaging. Analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategies. Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Organize and promote social media campaigns and contests to increase engagement and attract new followers. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media channels for multiple brands, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of all platforms, with a particular passion for TikTok and its unique features.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and passion for storytelling. Proficiency in social media management tools & analytics platforms.
• Proven experience managing & optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
