Job Description: MyTravaly is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our organic growth and lead generation efforts. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing social media strategies to increase our brand visibility, engage our audience, and generate leads for our travel services. You'll be responsible for managing our social media channels, developing content, and analysing performance metrics to refine our approach continually. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with MyTravaly's brand identity and goals. 2. Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, images, videos, and stories. 3. Audience Engagement: Build and maintain an active and loyal online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers regularly. 4. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation campaigns and strategies through social media to increase conversions and drive sales. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 6. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure MyTravaly remains at the forefront of digital marketing. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, designers, and influencers, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. 8. Paid Campaigns: Work closely with the paid advertising team to integrate organic and paid strategies for maximum impact. 9. Community Building: Foster brand advocates and loyal customers by developing and implementing strategies to engage and reward loyal followers. 10. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all social media channels. Requirements Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful organic growth and lead generation. 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. 6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. 7. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. 8.
