Develop and create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. This includes promotional videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, educational content, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain all of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), posting regularly to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a friendly, professional manner. Build and maintain relationships with our online community.
Develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand values and objectives. Create content that highlights the expertise of our team, showcases our services, and educates our audience about HVAC topics.
Monitor and report on social media performance, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize results.
Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align social media efforts with overall company goals.
