OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media accounts. Solid foundation in social media management + scheduling posts daily for multiple clients, knowledge of various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram (META), TikTok & LinkedIn, and ability to get reels viral. This role reports directly to the VP Of Operations. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably for multiple brands or in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
  • Proficient in all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct research to inform content creation and strategy development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Manage 25+ client accounts seamlessly — nothing should fall through the cracks. Every brand must post consistently without delays or missed campaigns.
  • Take full ownership from brief to strategy, execution, and reporting. You’ll be the go-to person across all stages.
  • Schedule posts manually and via tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.) across all relevant social platforms.
  • Track performance, manage approvals, and keep clients aligned on calendars and deliverables at all times.
  • Schedule and manage video shoots with clients and production teams , keep timelines tight and communication clear
  • Collaborate with video editors, scriptwriters, and content producers to ensure the creative output matches the brief.
  • Collect client feedback, manage revisions, and keep communication tight across all stakeholders.
