Requirements Proven experience managing social channels with measurable growth or engagement outcomes. Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, on‑brand copy and captions. Strong understanding of platform conventions, formats and best practices across mainstream and emerging social networks. Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics or similar). Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing briefs. Collaborative mindset with experience working across creative, paid and comms teams. Nice to have Basic proficiency in image and video editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar). Experience with paid social campaigns and audience targeting strategies. Background in community management, influencer partnerships or brand journalism. What we offer A collaborative and inclusive culture that values creativity, curiosity and healthy risk‑taking. Opportunities to influence our public voice and work on high‑profile campaigns. Competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and support for professional development.
