Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and own the strategy and execution of all things organic social. You’ll manage and grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others—creating scroll-stopping content, sparking conversation, and building community.
You’ll work cross-functionally with our partnerships and paid media teams to amplify brand moments, support new launches, and highlight creator/influencer collaborations. This role is both creative and strategic, requiring a strong understanding of platform trends, brand storytelling, and content performance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer-facing brand (CPG or wellness preferred)
  • Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement on TikTok and Instagram
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills (including short-form video—editing experience a plus)

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working for health and wellness company is a plus

  • Develop and execute a content calendar across all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Create original content (photos, videos, captions) aligned with the brand voice and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Work with our creative team to develop social-first content concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with our partnerships team to spotlight affiliate creators, influencers, and ambassadors.
  • Partner with the paid media team to support creative ideation for ads and highlight high-performing organic content.
  • Collaborate with our Co-Founder to brainstorm new content ideas, giveaways, and community-building initiatives.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and optimizations for future content.
  • Stay on top of industry and competitor trends to inform strategy.
  • Engage with our community: respond to comments and DMs, reshare UGC, and foster brand love.
