Description

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to join us on a part-time, remote contract (up to 20 hours per week). You’ll be responsible for leading Cloudinary’s presence across multiple social platforms, managing campaigns, developing content strategies, and tracking performance metrics.
This role is a great fit for someone passionate about social trends, strong in both written and visual content creation, and excited to build and engage with our vibrant online community.

Responsibilities
  • Help develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand awareness and voice goals across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish visually engaging content, including videos, that resonates with key audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, developer, and design teams to generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, relevant news, and real-time opportunities to engage with Cloudinary’s diverse audience and community.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build and strengthen relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Oktopost, Infinigrow), providing insights and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Research competitor activity and digital trends to inform the social media strategy.
  • Align with the social media advertising team to boost engagement, increase followers, and boost conversions.
  • Manage social media collaborations, including partnerships with influencers and other brands.
  • Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and best practices to optimize content visibility and audience reach.
  • Work closely with the Communications, Developer, and Product Marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and optimal posting schedule.
  • Provide quarterly reports on key metrics (engagement, follower growth, impressions, and click-through rates) and offer ways to improve performance.
