Job Description Roles & Responsibilities ● Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with company goals. ● Manage and create content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. ● Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging graphics, videos, and campaigns. ● Increase brand visibility and drive engagement through organic and paid campaigns. ● Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. ● Analyze key metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements. ● Handle online reputation management and community engagement. ● Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. ● Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for an IT or tech company. ● Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. ● Strong knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and algorithms. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance. Preferred Skills ● Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation through social channels. ● Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content promotion. ● Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout Social.
