JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating property listings on various platforms, as well as creating and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in digital marketing and property listing management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to write compelling copy.

• Manage property listings across online platforms (e.g., company website, real estate portals, social media).
• Optimize property descriptions, photos, and other listing materials for maximum impact and visibility.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling property presentations and promotional materials.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Manage and update content across social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Provide customer support by answering property-related inquiries via digital channels.
