THE ROLE

Are you a crypto-savvy strategist who thrives on building brand presence and guiding the voice of a product? Do you enjoy creating engaging content, growing online communities, and collaborating with influencers to spread the word? In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving social media strategy, engaging with users, and building relationships with influencers across various platforms. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help grow our community while ensuring that our brand is represented consistently and effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own and execute Koinly’s social media strategy across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging platforms relevant in the crypto space.
• Engage with users and crypto accounts in various online communities, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and partners in the crypto/web3 space to extend reach and credibility.
• Create and manage a content plan for all social media platforms, working closely with the brand lead and the content squad for support and collaboration.
• Monitor and report on social KPIs, audience growth, and content performance, providing analytical insights to optimize strategy.
• Embrace a risk-taking, experimentation mindset to constantly test new approaches, tactics, and content to grow and engage the audience.
• Test new formats—memes, threads, videos, collabs—to stay ahead of platform trends.
• Stay plugged into crypto culture, trends, and regulations to keep content sharp.
