Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to support a UK-based employer in growing their brand presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage and support the day-to-day operation of social media accounts across multiple platforms Handle content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones Maintain accurate records of content calendars, campaign results, and audience analytics Use relevant tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and native social media platforms Support the wider team with influencer outreach, paid social campaigns, and brand consistency Identify opportunities to grow followers, increase engagement, and strengthen brand identity Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously Proficient in social media scheduling tools, basic graphic design, and analytics dashboards Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment Salary: R27,000/month | 100% Remote
