Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Contract Social Media Manager to join our team in Swords, Dublin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written content).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely manner.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
