REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Romanian (native or near-native)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confident and natural on camera in both English and Romanian
• Skilled in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar)
• In-depth understanding of TikTok and other major social platforms
• Able to manage deadlines and produce content at a high volume
• Experience in student recruitment, lead generation, or affiliate marketing is a plus

• Produce 60 to 90 short-form videos per month (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and acting as one of the faces of the education brand
• Create content that appeals to Romanian-speaking students currently living in the UK
• Manage and grow our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat)
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and DMs
• Research trends and adapt them for our audience
• Identify and work with UGC creators and local talent to expand our content output
• Track performance and continuously improve content effectiveness
