Description

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the planning, creation, and execution of our digital content across all major platforms. This is a key role within our marketing team, responsible for enhancing Romans International’s online presence, growing our audience and engaging with them, and strengthening our position as one of the leading supercar dealerships in Europe.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a social media manager or closely related role, ideally within the luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage audiences organically and through paid efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of content trends, reels/short-form video creation, and platform algorithms.
  • Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Photography and video editing skills are a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for cars, especially supercars, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and manage the production of high-quality photo and video content, working with internal staff, freelance photographers and videographers.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, stories, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social trends, community sentiment, and relevant topics to inform content decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support vehicle promotions, event coverage, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across all platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with influencers and industry partners.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics and adjust strategy to improve engagement and reach.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and budgets, with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
