The Role
Position Title: Social Media Manager - Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. - Develop and implement engagement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while building strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. - Manage a detailed content calendar, coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely, visually consistent posts. - Monitor conversations, respond promptly to comments/messages in Arabic and English, and moderate user-generated content to foster a safe, engaging community. -Track performance metrics through monthly reports, gather insights from community feedback, and stay updated on social trends and platform changes to optimize engagement

Requirements

• Arabic nationals with ages 40 years old and below - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a focus on community building. - Proficient in using social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
