Your Role & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan & execute a high-impact content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Threads & LinkedIn.
Schedule posts, videos, and stories daily, ensuring platform-specific optimization.
Engage with followers in comments, DMs, and community conversations to build brand loyalty.
Foster influencer relationships by interacting with brand partners, creators, and our engaged audience.
Monitor & respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Marketing Automation Management
Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Optimize ManyChat (or similar tools) for chatbot flows, promotions, and automated responses.
Personalize and streamline communication to maximize CTR & conversion rates.
Paid Advertising
Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and more.
Continuously analyze ad performance metrics and A/B test creatives for better results.
Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI & brand awareness.
Creative & Operations Coordination
Collaborate with graphic designers & content creators to develop brand-aligned visuals & video assets.
Ensure all campaigns, LTOs, and events are supported by engaging content across all platforms.
Work closely with the Operations Team to align promotions & events with inventory & staffing needs.
SEO & Digital Optimization
Continuously optimize website content, social media pages, and local listings to improve search rankings.
Implement best practices for on-page & off-page SEO to drive organic traffic.
Monitor keyword performance and adapt strategies to outperform competitors.
Create blogs and email campaigns using targeted keywords.
What You Bring
✅ 4+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, SEO, or paid advertising.
✅ Deep understanding of social media trends, content strategies & platform algorithms.
✅ Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads & YouTube Ads.
✅ Strong knowledge of ManyChat (or similar tools) for automation & chatbot flows.
✅ Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research & local listings optimization.
Experience with Semrush, Aherfs or Uberall is preferred.
✅ Ability to analyze metrics & pivot strategies for continuous improvement.
✅ Exceptional communication, project management & multitasking skills.
✅ Experience working in food, hospitality, or QSR brands is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
