JOB OVERVIEW:

A private client in Bal Harbour is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Brand Manager to help launch and grow a new luxury lifestyle e-commerce brand, as well as develop and expand their personal brand. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, working on-site at the client’s residence.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience helping a startup or new brand achieve growth and success through social media and digital marketing
  • Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and photography
  • Experience managing social media pages for lifestyle, fashion, luxury brands, and/or personal brands
  • E-commerce experience, including product listings and online store management
  • Familiarity with website design best practices (no coding required, but able to provide creative and functional input)
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and PR outreach strategies
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and passion for brand building
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for brand and personal use
  • Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, and a content calendar
  • Manage and grow the brand’s and the client’s personal presence on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Increase brand and personal brand awareness, followers, and engagement through strategic content and community management
  • Provide input and recommendations for website design and user experience to support the brand launch
  • Assist with e-commerce setup, product listings, descriptions, and imagery
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities
  • Build and maintain influencer relationships and explore PR opportunities
  • Create branded digital assets for social media, the website, and promotional campaigns
  • Track analytics and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
