  • You’ve worked on aligning social media strategies with broader brand initiatives, such as product launches, campaigns, or events.
  • You’re good at collaborating with people across the organisation, being open to feedback, but also standing by your decisions when needed.
  • Ideally, you’ve held a similar central social media role, overseeing the online brand presence and driving the whole organic social media train, handling everything from planning and creating to posting and tracking content success.
  • It’s an advantage if you’ve created content that combines brand consistency with local market relevance in the Nordics, Germany, and the US.
